POP Sound Shaper

I have downloaded your POP Sound Shaper for Mac, but i don't bring out the same sound heard in your Audio Demos, I have tied multiple settings but my acoustic drum kit does not sound good with the plugin, the hi-hats and crashes are muffled, the kick and snare is to high an sounds hollow.

Have you an tutorial to use the plugin correctly or is there a trick ??

I've sent you a PM, sorry it took me a while to respond. I think the version you downloaded was one that had incorrect "baked in" attack and release times. The latest version (1.6.0) has fixed these settings, and has added attack and release parameters that are editable if your host allows it.
