Instructions for RDGString when purchased from the KVR Marketplace

After Purchase please let us know via https://rdgaudio.com/contact-us or rdgaudios@gmail.com your preferred Plugin format (AU Mac or Win VST3). We will send the plugin via direct download link based on your OS (Mac or Windows) selection.

Disclaimer :

Due to security reason we send file(each customer) manually after a successful payment. Visit Contact Us section and fill up the form along with your KVR Purchase details.

• Due the irrevocable nature of digital goods, I regretfully inform you that I cannot provide any refunds for any products sold here.
• We don't offer Money back or any Refund. After purchasing a product if you dislike for any reason in any manner please don't ask us to refund the money.
• After successful purchase any case if you are unable to Download file please do E-mail us or Contact us. Provide your Invoice and E-mail details. We will verify your credentials and Resend the File via Direct Download link.
• Our Download link is accessible for 48 hours. However, we have Three times resend framework inside 1 year. In case you lost the file we will send the product again (max 3 times). This framework is legitimate for 1 Year from the date of your purchase. Following 1 Year on the off chance that you lost and ask us to resend the item once more, you need to Purchase the item once more.
• We use Mediafire to distribute files (During Purchase) and Re-distribute Files. You may encounter unwanted Ads from Mediafire. Please use Popup and Adblock plugins in Chrome/FireFox browser to avoid unwanted ads. RDGAudio doesn't collect any revenue by showing ads.
