RMS LEVEL LIMITER is a stereo dynamics plug-in designed to control average signal energy for smooth and musical leveling.

Unlike a conventional peak limiter that mainly reacts to short transients, RMS LEVEL LIMITER follows the perceived density of the sound. An independent Safe Level stage then controls sudden peaks that remain after RMS processing.

Three RMS Window Modes

• FAST - 50 ms: Drums, bass, percussion, and rhythmic material.
• MID - 300 ms: Vocals, guitars, and general-purpose processing.
• SLOW - 600 ms: Pads, sustained sounds, buses, and master output.

• Smoothing drum and bass energy.
• Stabilizing vocals, instruments, and loops.
• Controlling mix-bus or master loudness.
• Preserving musical movement while managing remaining peaks.
