RT-7070

Hello,
I recently purchased this VST but am having trouble getting the presets to work. I have added the vst3 file to the correct path in windows, the application comes up. But i cant seem to get the presets to route properly. What can I do?? There aren't installation instructions and there isn't a .exe file.
