Silver Spring captures the character of 17 legendary analog spring reverb units. These units were meticulously sampled, then arranged into five families that range from classic studio staples, to adventurous, mod-soaked textures designed for spatial exploration.

The Instant Vibe Reverb

Unlike your traditional hall or room, a spring reverb is all about vibe. A spring reverb is an electromechanical device that creates reverberation through tightly coiled springs housed in a tank. Their vibrations return as a warm, wobbly tail that oozes with character. We bottled all of that spring-tank magic inside Silver Spring, so a quick click splashes instant sauce on to any track.

The Interface

• BYPASS BUTTON – Instantly turns Silver Spring's processing on or off, allowing you to compare the dry and processed signal.
• MODULATION BUTTON – Engages a subtle to pronounced movement effect in the reverb tail for added bloom and liveliness.
• PRESET MENU – Load factory presets or browse user-created presets. Use this menu to quickly audition different spring types and settings.
• PRESET NAVIGATION ARROWS – Step through presets one at a time without opening the full menu.
• SAVE ICON – Save your current settings as a new user preset.
• TRASH ICON – Delete the currently loaded user preset.
• KEY ICON – Opens the registration window where you enter your provided license key to authorize Silver Spring.
• ENHANCE SWITCH – Toggles between Natural (original spring tone) and HiFi (wider stereo field with enhanced clarity).
• MIX KNOB – Sets the blend between the dry input signal and the wet reverb signal (0% = dry, 100% = fully wet).
• DECAY – Adjusts how long the reverb tail lasts after the initial sound.
• PRE-DELAY – Sets the time between the dry signal and the start of the reverb, useful for creating space and clarity.
• DRIVE – Adds harmonic coloration and saturation to the reverb signal, emulating tube-style warmth.
• HI PASS – Filters out low frequencies from the reverb tail, keeping the low end of the mix clean.
• LO PASS – Filters out high frequencies from the reverb tail for a darker, more vintage tone.
• INPUT METER & KNOB – Displays the incoming signal. Knob attenuates the gain going into the spring reverb.
• OUTPUT METER & KNOB – Displays and controls the processed signal level leaving Silver Spring.
