Six blendable motion effects. One plugin. Full control.

Every sound in your project is sitting still.

SWRL fixes that. Six distinct motion effects - chorus, spatial rotation, tremolo, diffusion reverb, rhythmic pump, and warm saturation - each with its own fader. Blend them however you want. Shape the result with built-in crossover protection, output filters, and a spectrum analyzer.

No effect chain stacking. No menu diving. Just faders and movement.

THE SIX CHARACTERS

Each one has its own fader. Blend any combination:

  • DRIFT - Analog chorus and pitch wobble. Tape-like warmth and gentle stereo drift.
  • ORBIT - Circular spatial rotation with Doppler depth. Sound moves around the listener.
  • FLUTTER - Fast tremolo and stereo flicker. Shimmer to lo-fi tape damage.
  • WASH - Diffusion reverb. Transients smeared into ambient clouds.
  • PULSE - Tempo-synced rhythmic pump with sidechain-style ducking. Locks to your BPM.
  • HEAT - Warm harmonic saturation. Glow without harshness.

60% Drift and a touch of Heat is a completely different sound than 40% Pulse with some Wash. You design the movement.

SAFE / WILD / MENTAL - Three blend modes that change how characters sound:

  • SAFE - Controlled and predictable. Effects are balanced and volume stays constant as you stack.
  • WILD - Unrestricted stacking. Effects compound freely. Louder, more aggressive, more creative.
  • MENTAL - Extreme processing with no dry bleed. Maximum intensity, zero restraint.

FULL CONTROL:

  • Rate - Modulation speed. Free-running Hz.
  • Width - Mono to wide stereo via mid/side processing.
  • Mix - Dry/wet blend for parallel processing. Input/Output gain with stereo peak meters.
  • Routing - PARAL (parallel) or CHAIN (serial) processing modes.
  • LFO shape selector - Sine, Triangle, Square, or Saw modulation across Drift, Orbit, and Flutter.
  • A/B comparison - store two parameter snapshots and toggle between them instantly. Saved with your project.
  • Per-effect bandpass filters - Drag to set frequency and bandwidth on each character independently. Double-click to reset to full range.
  • Autogain - RMS-based gain compensation on the wet signal only.
  • Crossover split - 48 dB/oct protection for your low end (or highs) before processing.
  • Output filters - Independent WET, DRY, and FULL filters with 36 dB/oct HP and LP and individual resonance controls.
  • Preset browser - 66 factory presets across 12 categories. A/B comparison, randomizer, mix lock, and prev/next browsing included.
  • Spectrum analyzer with filter curve overlay.

WORKS EVERYWHERE:

  • VST3, AU, CLAP.
  • Windows, macOS, Linux.
  • All parameters fully automatable.
  • Zero latency.
  • Activate once, use forever - no subscription, no dongle, no iLok.
