Transfuser

Having issues installing the content that comes with Transfuser 2. I see videos that has visuals of fx and instruments. I would like to add efx to my samples and make the sample sound bigger or different. Why won't the content install. It keeps showing as if it is installing, however nothing shows up in the Tranfuser. I keep uninstalling or trying to repair it, and nothin gets resolved.

What do I do to resolve this issue?
