I waited for a long time to acquire Time Stretch. The $39.99 sale price turned it into a no brainer.
I got my first taste of ircamLAB's technology when I purchased the MOTU MachFive3. Time Stretch takes sound design to another level. The automation possibilities now paired with 3rd party vst's makes Time Stretch the most powerful sound design tool I own.

ircamLab's TS audio editor is exceptional, especially if you'd like to take recordings and mutate them into something wildly different than what they once were. Also fine for simple trimming, etc. Time-stretch is beautiful, nearly perfect; none of the typical artefacts normally found in lower-quality time-stretching. The spectral effects are equally beautiful and quite smooth.

Fantastic audio editor from Ircamlab with state-of-the-art features for editing, sound design and remixing. The time-stretching quality alone is worth the price and is the best I've ever heard. Can't recommend this enough.
