Ultram is a simple audio to MIDI converter - it converts the amplitude of audio to a MIDI event, such as Note, CC message, pitchbend, channel aftertouch or program change message. It has a single-pole low pass filter with controllable attack and decay, a note filter, and it can send the midi messages to VST host (if supported by the host) or a hardware device.
