The elysia xfilter Rack brings the sound and functionality of two xfilter 500 modules into a convenient 19-inch rackmount format. This unit is a true stereo, four-band equalizer that delivers the sonic signature of a high-end analog console EQ. Built on a discrete Class-A design, the xfilter Rack is exceptionally transparent and musical, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from processing individual instruments and subgroups to enhancing the entire mix bus. Its true stereo linked operation means one set of controls affects both channels perfectly, ensuring a solid and coherent stereo image.

The xfilter Rack is equipped with four flexible EQ bands. The high and low bands can be switched from shelves to bell curves, while the two parametric mid-bands feature a switchable Q for either broad shaping or more focused adjustments. In addition, it features switchable low-cut and high-cut filters with a resonance peak, perfect for creative effects or cleaning up frequency extremes. A unique feature is the 'Passive Massage' circuit, which provides a gentle, passive high-frequency lift that adds air and sheen without harshness.
