"Free" as in "does not require the relinquishing of monetary assets". Not free, however, as in "you can just download it".

I do not have an Instagram account. And if I did, I'm not likely to have 2 "producer friends" on it.

It isn't really free, if you're required to whore yourself out for a product you don't even know if is any good.
