The best free DAW you can get. Sleek UI, doesn't get in your way, just works. No track count limit and VST support means that its better than almost any entry level version of a daw (free/paid). Waveform Free is a blessing for students and folks from countries where conversion rate is so bad that you'll have to pay couple months of rent or more to buy a DAW. Tracktion team are extremely generous and have allowed people like me to make music and be creative. Waveform 13 also fixed a lot of stability issues and i haven't faced a single crash.

I have been using it for an year now, its a great little groovebox, my only small problem with it is that i can't do other time signatures or triplets.
