Hello,
in MDynamicsMBLarge, it seems that, for instance, the dynamic detector in Band 4 cannot be set to react to the frequencies from Band 2. Of course, I have tried the side-chaining feature to achieve this effect, however, I have found out that the side-chain signal is also filtered by the given frequency bands.
Wouldn't it be more reasonable for the side-chain signal to not be band-filtered?

Hi Miloslav, I understand, but the bad news is that the whole thing is designed in such a way that this is currently pretty much impossible. I'll think about that though.
