Can i open "initial-state"-file after close project without saving?

hello. i closed Bitwig without saving after 10 hours. In appa data - local - bitwig... is a new folder with simple number. there are some files and a "initial-state-file" with fit size of the closed project and with withe paper-icon.

After trying to "open with Bitwig", it asked me for environment to open that, but i cames an error message.
