Yet another great suggestion, thank you for that.

As suggested I backed up the folders and files, deleted the Repro folders from .uhe, .vst, and .vst3 then reinstalled version 9669 and put just my presets back in the user and 3rd party folders. Alas, there was no difference.

The best compromise I've managed while using mcore is using 2 threads which is marginally better than one but not enough to matter.
