Amp env link not patch-specific?

It seems that the amp envelope menu option is not per patch, but applies to the entire instance even when changing presets, and it is not saved with patches.

Is it supposed to be that way? Personally, I don't think so, it might screw up patches when changing amp settings in a new patch where the amp envelopes are to be independent. Also, I think it would make sense to be able to save the link option with the patch.

With the lock option, the per-instance mode makes sense as it is meant for stepping through different patches.
