good one. the live "extended play" is also very very good.Warmonger wrote:It's okay though. I just got the new Dave Holland Big Band CD in the mail today, so the CD collection should hold out at least another month.
BTW, I just ordered 1st three Omar CDs from the UK (he's not well known around here), can't wait.

CALM DOWN DIMITRI, PLEASE! YOU'RE GETTING HYSTERICAL DIMITRI! WELL - HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL DIMITRI? OF COURSE IT'S A FRIENDLY CALL....
If it wasn't, you probably wouldn't even be getting it...

Ignoring all the other crap that has gone in this thread...
I listen a lot less now than I used to. The two main places I listen to music are in the car (where subtle stuff requiring a lot of attention doesn't work) and at work (where I don't want to be too distracted).
I tried to make a point of making music I'd listen to at either place, as well as lying down with headphones on completely absorbed in it... but then I went and got all ambient-like so the car's kinda out

I have to listen to modern pop at work. I listen to comedy in the car. I listen to me, singles from iTunes, or KVRians at home. My electronic stuff still winds up sounding like identifiable 80's pop songs.
