yes, I know this - when I record/produce something for friends I'm also always much more picky than them... :-)

oh and sorry about the insult, Eric! :-)

I'm not too sorry about my insult Eric as, as far as I'm concerned, you started it! :P

No hard feelings though eh?

What did I do? Apparently I killed the thread...

Now listen, Eric, you sonofabitch: Cubase sucks soooooo much - oh yes, it really sucks!

Now kids, please remove the knives and forks before you throw those pies... :scared:

I think this thread was originally about "Cubase Sucks" hosts vs. "Non-Cubase Sucks" hosts, no?

Jens-- I didn't PM you about the beatslicer because I sometimes feel like it's wasting your time. You give excellent descriptions and take your time to be a good teacher, and then sometimes a week later, I've already moved on to an alternative solution. For example, I remembered my old copy of Plasma Express 2003, which has Acid support for my Beta Monkey loops. ;) Not as flexible for beat mangling, but infinitely easier just for making sure the tempo is all sorted out.
