Kompakt crossgrade problem

What is my next move after applying for a Kompakt crossgrade to Receptor and not hearing back from NI?

Tried several times over the last few weeks. No reply. I think Muse Research should look into this before offering the service.

I can't believe how much rigmarole this has been so far! I just got an email saying my crossgrade had been declined, because I apparently hadn't registered my B4 bundle with NI. My PRODUCT REGISTRATION email seems to contradict that! Honestly, this shit is driving me nuts!!
