Will $20 upgrade cancel any future rebate on boxed T2?

If I can upgrade to T2 online now and then use the rebate later for the boxed version when I have more money I will do it tonight. Beno, I can understand if wanting to use both looks greedy, what if the rebate was only for $40.00 if you have already used the $20.00 online upgrade option?
I'll wait until we have the rock solid word.

OK, Sorry about the confusion. To use both the rebate and get the $20 upgrade, use print the rebate form BEFORE you buy the $20 upgrade. If you've already bought the upgrade and didn't print out the form, email tech support at techmail@mackie.com and they may have to perform some magic with your account to get you the rebate form.

Wouldn't the logical thing be to provide an upgrade path from the downloaded T2 to the boxed T2? Everyone who has the download version has obviously upgraded from T1. Might be tricky to pull off so that people don't get two licenses though...

Who gets one upgrade path ($20 online) and who gets two (both $20 online and $60 boxed)?
I bought Tracktion v1 online from Mackie about 1 year ago. The upgrade path only lists the $20 online upgrade.

As stated in other threads, the international rebate process is not yet in place. T1 owners outside of the US are only currently elegible for the $20 download upgrade and not the rebate on the full boxed version. We are working on an international rebate solution.
Thank you for your patience while we sort this out.

So T1 owners that live outside the US and that have upgraded online will be allowed to upgrade with the rebate one day ?

Wondering about this. I bought the T2 download already. It's too good to pass up.
I see that there was no additional upgrade option shown in my profile.
