I am wondering if there is a way to render a click track to either a midi or audio file?

Yes...or just stick a mic infront of your speakers/monitors and record...But I would recommend if you do use a click track in Tracktion, to try to keep your new wav click n'sync (booo...sorry bad joke)with the tracktion click (bars the same and stuff), as some plugs will use this info for things (primarily delay)... but I also dont know very much, and I may be wrong, I just assumed some of my delay vst's worked like that.
