Sends, returns, and Rewire tracks all delay the amount of the soundcard latency. You can adjust them, though you shouldn't have to, but if you adjust rewire tracks to be in time when they play they'll render out of time. A real pain in the ass and the main place where Tracktion falls out of the game. Timing is everything.

T2 must be refreshing something, which probably takes some processing to do, so it would slow the app down if done all the time. But it could be done after insertion of plugins perhaps?
