T2-with Oxygen 8 (please help a newbie)

Put the MIDI cable in the keyboard MIDI out, not the USB on the oxygen. Anything that says USB on the oxyegn, just avoid it basically. Like I said, mine works great with 100% consistency now that I just use MIDI. I had issues like yours before I figured this out.

consider yourself lucky on that one..oxygen USB drivers are pretty unstable.
