I was just being selfish, because Tracktion already has native OGG playback support. If I'm collaborating with someone, I just drag their OGG file into Tracktion. What Tracktion does NOT provide is a quick and easy way to export OGG files. Yes, it's fairly quick and easy to use a 3rd party encoder, and I've been using dbPowerAmp.
I'm thrilled with the idea of an OGG VST player because it will STILL make my life easier for people with other hosts to collaborate using such a tool.
