I agree that in general, a player is MUCH more needed in most hosts!

I was just being selfish, because Tracktion already has native OGG playback support. If I'm collaborating with someone, I just drag their OGG file into Tracktion. What Tracktion does NOT provide is a quick and easy way to export OGG files. Yes, it's fairly quick and easy to use a 3rd party encoder, and I've been using dbPowerAmp. I was just being selfish.

I'm thrilled with the idea of an OGG VST player because it will STILL make my life easier for people with other hosts to collaborate using such a tool.

However, once you hit 2x-speed D#4 there's no
key for return to normal speed.
(Hitting the D#4 key a second time doesn't work.)
A 1x-speed key would be useful. Otherwise

VSTPLOOGGin can be controlled both from the GUI
and by MIDI notes messages. The GUI switches are master controls over MIDI messages.


You can load stereo OGG files both by Drag'n'Drop and file dialog.


TO DO:

File path of the dropped file is not saved on VST Host close.


I'd be also very happy to know and listen to projects which use it, please let me know
