Unable to register new receptor - about over it now

I don't want to point fingers without knowing all the facts, but it sounds like either someone was trying to get rid of an old Receptor they had in stock for a long time, or someone had no idea what they were doing.

Me neither Dan - but somehow a receptor got away without being setup in the Plugorama dbase. Hence, I was unable to register it initially.

I was basing my statement on the assumption that you had a Receptor with version 1.0 and a 40 GB drive. It turns out that you had a receptor 1.3 with a 160 GB drive. That is exactly the type of hardware and software version you need for Colossus.

The problem was the wrong serial number, which is most likely our fault, so the finger it pointing to us.
