Too funny! I just got my Receptor up and running. Sounds fabulous! So, I went to reg it at Plugo-rama and it won't register! Ahahaha! You have to put in a 12 digit code for both the serial number and the ID. The serial number is 12 digits long but the ID is only 11! So, it won't register!

Ahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

DOH!!!!

Sorry, that's not it. There's no W. I had another person read it to me (four total). 11 characters for the ID.

The funny thing is, the ID has 666 in it. I mentioned in another post that I was playing the devil's advocate and made up a new word: devil-oper. All Hell is going to break loose! The "big guy" is messing with me! Yikes! It's a sign! From now on, I'm playing church music and chanting monks on my Receptor. :harp: I need to find a Holy Water VST. :hail:

TOOOOO Funny!

Hey Ben!

You can delete this thread if you wish. Doesn't matter to me.

I will say that your support is stellar! Thanks. Hope you get to the bottom of the case of the missing digit.

Cheers!

Muse Support is the BEST I have ever encountered. I got my Receptor yesterday and had the same registration issue, which was solved with ONE 15 minute phone call. Another issue with registering Collosus was solved within an hour. Two other minor issues were solved via this forum overnight. I've worked with computers and music computers for many many years (I'm pusing 45) and I have NEVER NEVER had an music computer/software experience that was this gratifying and this trouble-free (considering the complexity).

Within 24 hours I have this thing up and running, using all 10 outputs with Sonar, and have cross-graded 7 commercial VSTs. Unbelievable. Fabulous. Ground-breaking. And again FABULOUS support, absolutely fabulous.

If you are even THINKING about a Receptor, now is the time, with the big Collosus sale going on at East West.

I agree.

This thing is a blast. As soon as I get home, I'm getting my licenses out and starting that process. I transfered my iLok stuff over and it's been a breeze.

Ben has been fun to email, too.
