Appreciate quick reply.

The existing owner should let us know that they have sold it so we can remove their registration which will allow you to register it. They should do this through their Plugorama user account (open a Helpdesk ticket). Alternatively, if they are happy to do so, they could simply give you the details of their Plugorama account and you can log in and update the personal details (name, address, etc.).
The bigger issue is the iLok. The seller will have registered it with iLok.com and will need to unregister it to allow you to register it with your iLok.com account. Again, they can simply give you their iLok.com account too if they don't use it for anything else (i.e. any non-Receptor authorisations).
The only minor issues with doing it this was is that you will be unable to change your user-names on either Plugorama or iLok.com so you will be stuck with BigBoy645, or whatever name they chose. You will of course be able to update all the important stuff such as name, address, email address, etc.
If they aren't willing to give you their iLok.com account they will need to empty the iLok to allow them to transfer it to you.
From the iLok.com FAQ:
They can transfer licences to another iLok.com account but iLok.com charge for this.
This problem can be bypassed if you simply purchase a new iLok - $39.95 from iLok.com's online store.

From the iLok.com FAQ:
The main problem here is that if they only have one iLok they can't transfer the licences anywhere else, so they can't remove them from their iLok. If they have another iLok they can transfer them to that one, and then remove the iLok they will sell with the receptor from their account thereby freeing it up to be re-registered.Unless you are within the one-week “grace period”, you may only remove iLoks that are either empty or have demo licenses. If you need to empty your iLok, you should transfer its licenses to another iLok or another account. Once the licenses have been transferred, a trash can icon will appear next to the iLok in your ‘View iLoks’ list. Click the trash can icon to remove the iLok from your account.
