Newbie Problem: Never got license to EVE

I just got my Receptor this week. With Xmas swiftly approaching, I haven’t had as much time to fiddle around with it as I would’ve liked, but I have at least managed to update the OS and to get licenses for most of the free-premium plugins unto the iLok dongle. However, I have one problem: When registering at Plugorama, the license for EVE seems to not have been automatically generated at iLok.com together with the other 8 free-premium plugins. It was never downloaded to my iLok and it is not registered at iLok.com. How this could happen I do not know (maybe someone can tell me). What I’m really interested in is some guidance as to how I can get a license for EVE registered at iLok at this point. Anyone

Hi StJohnB,
I'll need a little more information to troubleshoot this. We don't have a customer at Plugorama registered as StJohnB or with the email address you used here at KVR so I can't work out who you are!
Could you let me know your Plugorama user-name? The best way of doing this would be to open a Help-desk ticket at Plugorama which will also enable us to keep track of the problem and resolution easier.

Hi Ben,Thanks for the reply. As suggested, I have now opened a Help-desk ticket. There was an error in the registered email at Plugorama, but now the two email adresses should match.
Hope this isn't too hard to solve.
