Is this Kodama, as in the Sydney Dubstep ITM Local? If so, welcome!!!
What kind of midi mapping do you mean? If you mean Cubase type Synth Patch listings, nope don't reckn' it does.
If you mean, mapping MIDI CC's or Channels there is definately ways to get that done in Tracktion!!

and although I thought I was close to a solution it didn't work out. Now I'm sticking mostly with synths with a clear Midi CC implementation.
Or in short: no Midi CC mapping in T1 (don't check T2 demo , you 'll end up buying it
