what files should i submit, and where, to try to resolve some random crashing? it happens when hardly any CPU is utilized, only 2 or 3 plugins loaded, using the guitar input.

hey Muse guys, i've got a support ticket open over at plugorama and no one's responded for a couple weeks. Any ideas on what i should do? should i just send the thing in for a checkup?
