I think you are reading a lot more into that than is actually there. I was merely pointing out that none of the artists listed would sway me in the least. I couldn't care less what they used as I find the results appalling.

Well, seems we are still having trouble separating good from popular. Surely the McDonalds analogy spelled it out clearly enough even for you? And for the record, we never sought any kind of record deal, we are not interested in selling albums except in as far as it helps us to get gigs. I've never in my life sent a demo to anyone, largely because I really don't care. Yet somehow we have albums aviailable on three different labels in different parts of the world and we get royalty cheques twice a year. Imagine what we might be able to achieve if we were actually interested in all that shit? BTW, no member of my family has ever heard any of my recorded output. Ever. And we get 25 CD's from each label to give to people we know who ask so they don't have to buy them either.
And if you want some decent reviews, try this. Even I didn't think it was that good.

Cubase is used by clever musicians such as The Scorpions, who can play their guitars Very Fast Indeed. Reason though is used by silly people who can't tell the difference between truth and hype - foolish non-musicians like, well, Jean Michel Jarre and the Black Eyed Peas.

Can you give me any i mean a SINGLE ONE song from Jarre which is completed in Reason? Now i dont mean to discredit him no way for christ sake. He is genie. But anyway give me one simple song, loop a single beat from him which is exported from Reason.

Realy i dont give a f*** what will someone say as long as i cant hear something about same. Someone from you will remember that there is a guy at Propellerhead song archive with song remarkable(as someone will say) close to his original Oxygene. Well this artist is Pixar. Song is realy good but when you compare it to original you will laugh to death when you hear difference in sound. I can share that .rps file if someone need to compare it.
