Anyhoo - I really don't think this oatmeal is mediocre at all.
Hmm, can't replicate that... what exactly do you mean by "lead sounds"?thelord wrote:I'm not knowledgeable enough to state this as a definite bug, but is anyone else having problems with the lead sounds when holding down more than two keys?
Try playing (and holding them all down) any sequence of 3 different keys. On the third key I always either get a clicking sound or the 1st key note again.
Does that make any sense?
Not really. There's a huge amount of things Oatmeal doesn't do, the CPU use isn't insane but still suboptimal, etc...ianweb123 wrote:I am sure that we are prey to a bit of deliberate under-sell here
That's strange... I guess I'll have to get the demo and see for myself.thomekk wrote:Tried to open it in FL Studio 6.08 - all can be heard fine,

Don't believe it's my graphics card, cos I can all the other guis fine.
That IS weird, thomekk...shows up and plays just fine for me in 6.08...thomekk wrote:Hi Fuzzpilz,

I thought the "lead sounds" would throw you off the scent. I guess I mean monophonic sounds (ie. not polys). Again, I'm no expert on the lingo here. I had the explanation a bit wrong before. Let me try to explain again.Fuzzpilz wrote:Hmm, can't replicate that... what exactly do you mean by "lead sounds"?thelord wrote:I'm not knowledgeable enough to state this as a definite bug, but is anyone else having problems with the lead sounds when holding down more than two keys?
