Yes, both have the same sample content. The sample pack is more expensive because users can extract and mangle with the raw samples.

Not to sound like a broken record - but since there are the raw samples available now for the winds, any timeframe on doing the same for Chinee Kong?
For me, the gui - sorry! - is so system intensive as to make me never use it, either in Project 5 or Sonar.
I could really have fun with these samples in Kontakt or Battery!

Hi Dana. Good to see you are still after that. It means you have the passion and that's a good thing. 
Unfortunately, we have pulled Winds' Giga sample sets off the product line as it seems that most people prefer the VSTi version. Consequently, raw sample sets of our other products are not very likely to happen any time soon.
