I own a V1.4 Receptor and just purchased Linplug's Chronox3 V3.0.4 since it is great synth and it was flagged as being capable of running on Receptor as "Unsupported". I have tried using the documented installation procedure for Unsupported Plugins and it keeps failing. I have other Unsupported Plugins running so I know how to do this. Are there any special tricks to this plugin, such as configuration files required by the DLL or ??? Has anyone else had this problem?

From what I remember it should install without any special tweaks - I have v3.0.4 working fine on my Receptor.
Have you checked the System log after the install failed. What does it say?

Thanks for your reply to my problem! I just received Sophistry (part of my bundled purchase with Cronox) and it would not install either. Well, I just installed Receptor OS version 1.5 and retried installing the above plugins. Yeah!! Everything seems to be fine know and my new plugins are running.
Concerning the system logs, the files are rather large. Should they ever be deleted? Is there other disk cleanup (or defrag) that should be performed to keep it running smoothly?
