Usually I use 2 reverbs. One on the snare, and one on a send bus.

God...how many (number) different revs you use to use in a project (whole production, tune, track...name it as you wish)? then which are your settings for those reverbs (1.room short, 2.med plate, 3.long dark plate, etc..)?

Escuses if i didnt explain it well enough.

Depends, doesn't it? And, BTW, quite often a delay does the job better, as it won't mud the mix as much...

I use about 3-5 RV7000's in a typical Reason project. Most of them are medium room. Occasionally I'll add a multi-tap delay or an arena reverb.

Yes, it completely depends, thats why i asked how many revs YOU USE to have. In global terms.

Just curiosity. As I said i tend to use only delays, and maybe 1 reverb when i want exactly a very defined reverb sound. Just wanted to see if people do this as well or if they use a lo of reverbs.

BTW i do mostly electronic music. Maybe that style doesn't demand the reverb sound too much.

Two on average & usually as a minimum, four max if the song calls for that little extra "dreaminess".

As living sounds said, delays can do the job of a reverb with less mud. My typical project will have lots of delay inserts, mostly short 50-70ms ones for adding stereo spread. Both long & short delays are usually mixed in very low (<12% on average).

I do 'electronic music'. And reverb is demanded where and when necessary.

Of course, but its less critical using delays instead of reverbs on glitch weird tracks than doing so over a lead female voice on a ballad or soul tune. At least thats what my ear demands when listening to these more conventional songs.

I find it more critical. But since you didnt make the context 'conventional songs', how do we know what you're actually interested in?

How many differetnt reverbs u use in a song?
