Can the keyswitching samples of, say, Erhu be chosen by the user (i.e. pizz going to legato)?? Also I can't see anywhere in the manual/GUI of what samples are loaded for each pair.

Hi SARcazm. The keyswitching is not customizable in our plugins. There's a ChineeErhu patch list in the installed folder - you can access it through the program menu.
