Can't Register My Receptor!

Hi,

i just got my receptor in the mail Yesterday(Saturday)

I tried to register my receptor's serial number, but it says the serial number is invalid. I have double checked it is the correct serial number in the back 12 characters. I have tried caps lower case ect ect. no Luck, I think they havent put my receptor serial in the database yet. I have tried emailing and calling the museresearch support. But no one has gotten back to me yet. Does anyone know who i may be able to contact? or do i have to wait till monday?

Registration only gives you the licences for the premium plugins. You can still use your Receptor and install your other software in the meantime.

I had the same problem when i got mine. Don't worry, it's a fault at there end. I contacted them after not being able to register mine and they got back to me apologising and i was able to go register it after that.

Same here. I was lucky it happened on a Thursday with me. Frustrating but easily resolved (once you get them on the phone).
