usually you should move the samples where the bank is,
but I'm still working on that

yes I hope so, HP should be very useful in layering pads.

all the other changes are about usability, hoping to make the DK+ even more friendly, I know can't make anyone happy
but these ones I chose seemed quite useful and not too costly to implement (that's too keep the price low)

Liqih,

a new satisfied user here. Very nice work, as I mentioned in another post, this is the drum tool that complements Tracktion host perfectly, as those bad people from Mackie didn't include any with unboxed Tracktion.

Feature request:
1. import kits from Battery (for us lazy people)
2. late/early sample triggering or better control of the swing feature.
3. sequencer midi out (I guess people allready have some sf2s or bass synths that could be trigered with dk+ nicely)

FR- when exporting midi files, current DK+ version exports miniscule note on message- can this be made bigger, to 1/8 note perhaps, as then further editing on the exported midi will be much easier (I know this has been asked for before by tonalaxis).

if you like to compose rhythms in DK+
then I suggest that you export you patterns as MIDI file
(now with Drag&Drop!) and so use the MIDI track to trigger
other drum synths

that is for the fixed lenght and since there are flams in DK+
notes can be very short, 1/8 notes would overlap
and that's not good, so I should export variable lenght notes
and that's some extra work, <grin>

about sequencer midi out- thats cool midi drag and drop certainly helps!

about the exporting note length- I see what you mean. However,I do find it very fiddly to edit the exported midi at those note lengths....there are work arounds though, so...

Yes, drag&drop helps, but better still, I'm gonna sample my basses in DK+, 24 triggers gives 3 octaves which is more than enough!

ok we have longer notes in the MIDI file now, it wasn't hard
to change

about using the FX Send to send the pad voice to another output instead of the internal reverb,

would you prefer that Aux 3 will be used for that
or I should add 2 new outs?

the problem with 2 new outs is that you can't load old songs with DK+ if you set "2 new outs" in preferences, you must change prefernces each time you load an old song,

on the other hand if Aux 3 will be used nothing changes for
old songs, but you need to dedicate Aux 3 if you wnat to use
the new FX send function
