you can rename the DLL as you need

i tried to rename but it doesn't work for old projects in sonar.

it must be a problem with the wrapper. i did a "reset all" and rescanned with the renamed dll, but it still won't load.
is there some sort of an internal name that it reports to the host? if so, this needs to be returned to it's old name.

comments? corrections? help?
