It lets you use our MIDI enabled plug-ins (today only Blue Cat's Stereo Chorus beta, but a lot more to come) in applications that do not support the MIDI features of DXi protocol (such as Sony Vegas 5, Cool Edit Pro...).

Enjoy, it's freeware!
