Hooray for getting rid of the dongle, and I really don't care what IK's reasoning is. I am just happy to get my usb port back, for things that actually do sth. for me
Anybody in need of a synchrosoft dongle?

Have you contacted IK tech support for help? They can try to troubleshoot to see what the problem is. Obviously each person's system is different so who knows?Shane Sanders wrote:Double Click...boom
Any theories?
Yes, I have a ticket, but I thought it might be quicker here and it was. The install problem was solved by renaming several subfolders within the Install Shield folder as the thread you mentioned suggests. Thanks for the info!Squids wrote:Have you contacted IK tech support for help? They can try to troubleshoot to see what the problem is. Edit: Actually this might help! Check out this: http://community.installshield.com/show ... p?t=139684
Basically if you remove the folder that is mentioned in this thread it should help. It seems to be a problem with Instalsheild, not the installer. But anyway, the important thing is... does this solve your problem! (I am in no way tech support or qualified but someone just told me this so maybe it will help you since it is the weekend...).
Shane.... FL has some problems with AT2 anyway... (at least on my comp and the IL support guys said there's not much they can do since it'd need a audio engine rewrite.... haven't tested with the latest beta though)Shane Sanders wrote:Yes, I have a ticket, but I thought it might be quicker here and it was. But, it would not register in the beta of FLS, so I had to do that within FLS 5.
btw, I have a copy of the "Bass Collection" and it has some problematic samples, particularly with attack times being off. Is there an update for that? I seem to recall it was a known issue.
