New version!

Apart from some tiny things I don't remember because I'm too stupid to keep a change log, I fixed the load/save patch/bank issue in Renoise, but I haven't yet been able to replicate the eXT docking problem. There have also been some minor additions to the skinning engine, namely horizontal knob movement and the ability to change the way knobs and sliders move. Check the default.oms file for these.

Glad to see you around and still working on this...not that there's much more can be done to improve things. :P Nice one Fuzzpilz. :tu: Btw, props for charsiesis too, that effect is growing on me just as much as oatmeal has. :P

6 months ago, I remember there was a talk about patch competition where people would have submit their own carefully crafted creations, the whole thing being eventually integrated into a single bank...

... Now this should have been done on Oatmeal, it has a great UI now !

I odn't know about any competitions, but on the grymmjack's skinning page, i have posted my presets.
And, yes, it would be great to get them all into a big preset bank.

I've just seen the Oatmeal comment in the gersic.com database:

"A basic 2-osc subtractive synth"

ha!

The refined fine tune horizontal is very comfortable. Thank you for this update. If anyone else know how to, how would I change the slider response? I can see all the details in the oms file but I'm not sure what to manipulate and by how much. I'd like the sliders to respond just a little bit faster i.e. shorter length of movement to navigate the entire length or height of the given bars.

Any helps for redefine the slider respond ???

the skins i recently made have all been refined to change the response. it requires significantly less movement to adjust now, and holding shift allows greater steps, while ctrl allows finer.

 (2nd) understatement of the century.

Well now all that is missing is tons of killers patches that take advantage of the synth. I sure can't make presets that make use of its full potential.

Wrong! Have a look over here.

hehe, thanks Tonmann, I was just gonna link to that. Had a bit of updating to do on the first post there first though. Updated now apart from the grymmjack stuff (which I'll gladly add if grymmjack wants me to). :)

Yeah I know these, and thanks again to their designers but I was thinking about a real flood, just like Synth1 - but I guess it's not a matter of quantity after all.
