thats at least 4 people who've mentioned that this is worth money to them in this thread, not to mention x'nah raising the price of such an instrument astronomicly, theres got to be some more creative types in addition to ModuLr that would be interested?

Maybe not everything though. I don't know if it would end up being a really cool drum sampler in the style of Battery. That's probably a stretch.

But if it took more of a direction that ModulR was writing about that's surely not out of the realm of possibility - ie increase the number of sample mangling options.

I feel you Caleb but at 6 months a pop thats lookin a bit too far into the future if you know what I mean, he's got great plans for Liveslice its just the getting them in there soon enough issue.

The kind of modulation matrix and filtering you get in Psp Nitro, or Volcano, with the pattern sequencing applied effects you get in Camel Space,Shapeshifter, and Metallurgy would be very welcome as well.

Mmmm... beatslicing sexual chocolate. Sorry, give me a moment while I wipe the drool from my mouth.

I couldn't take part... sigh... I already built mine...

(a little OT: What about a sound-designer-contest? There are a lot of synths needing lots of presets to be known, in this deep sea of new synths...)

Post

Nah we want a slicer contest, us breakbeat freaks are starving!

Post

actualy a sound designers contest sounds great, but to make it interesting they should have to design sounds with the Slicers from the Kvr Slicer challenge contest and you say you built one already well i hope you enter it in the contest.
