Try the registration tool they mention in the error message.
We shall see orchestral machines with a thousand new sounds, with thousands of new euphonies, as opposed to the present day's simple sounds of strings, brass, and woodwinds. -- George Antheil, circa 1925 ---

I'D ALREADY TRY IT, BUT WHEN I GO TO PLUGIN TOOLS AND CLICK ON KONTAKT2, THEY USUALLY SAY THAT'S ALREADY REGISTRED SUCCESSLY. THERE INS'T TO DO AFTER THAT. AND THAN I UNINSTALL THE KONTAKT2 AND REINSTALL THAT AGAIN, BUT THE REGISTRY 'TILL KEEP THE SAME, NOTHING TO DO AFTER IT, can anybody help me?

thanks
Jean.

What a mess! I think if you deleted all the entries in the registry and started over, you would probably be ok, but you shouldn't have to do that. I would open a ticket on Plugorama for sure.

I'm not sure how Receptor handles registry entries, but if it's the same as Windows, you only need to delete two keys.

On a Windows machine, you'd go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Kontakt2

and delete the two keys named SNO and SYSTEMID.

Then, you'd reboot and start Kontakt. The registration tool would open up.
