We shall see orchestral machines with a thousand new sounds, with thousands of new euphonies, as opposed to the present day's simple sounds of strings, brass, and woodwinds. -- George Antheil, circa 1925 ---

I'D ALREADY TRY IT, BUT WHEN I GO TO PLUGIN TOOLS AND CLICK ON KONTAKT2, THEY USUALLY SAY THAT'S ALREADY REGISTRED SUCCESSLY. THERE INS'T TO DO AFTER THAT. AND THAN I UNINSTALL THE KONTAKT2 AND REINSTALL THAT AGAIN, BUT THE REGISTRY 'TILL KEEP THE SAME, NOTHING TO DO AFTER IT, can anybody help me?
thanks
Jean.

What a mess! I think if you deleted all the entries in the registry and started over, you would probably be ok, but you shouldn't have to do that. I would open a ticket on Plugorama for sure.jean wrote:I'D ALREADY TRY IT, BUT WHEN I GO TO PLUGIN TOOLS AND CLICK ON KONTAKT2, THEY USUALLY SAY THAT'S ALREADY REGISTRED SUCCESSLY. I'm not sure how Receptor handles registry entries, but if it's the same as Windows, you only need to delete two keys.Hybernation wrote:What a mess! On a Windows machine, you'd go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Kontakt2
and delete the two keys named SNO and SYSTEMID.
Then, you'd reboot and start Kontakt. The registration tool would open up.
