Download problems

Hi,

I'm having real problems downloading your programs. I have broadband internet but it took me 6 hours to download Chinne Kong yesterday [successfully] and my computer timed out after 6 hours trying to donwload chinee winds yesterday. Are you having problems with your server?
What should I do?

I have tried emailing but my emails keep getting returned.
