Hey there, I really love this synth, congratulations on your achievement!

Here are my questions...

- Is there any way to perform FM between both oscillators ? If not, is this a planned feature for a future update?

- Is there a way to hard sync both oscillators ? If not, is this a planned feature ?

- Similar to above for Ring Modulation

- Do you plan on including waveforms other than analogue ? e.g. wavetables .etc ?

- When changing patches in Cubase SL 3.11, I get a pretty hard CPU spike which causes audio dropouts .etc. Can this be fixed ?

Best Regards

Hi, to answer your questions:

Not yet, but you can do some FM using the LFO's already. Osc FM is planned for a future update indeed.

No, and it isn't planned (yet) either.

Not yet, but you can do AM (ringmod) with the LFO's already. Osc AM is planned for a future update.

Yes, there will likely be some more waveforms later.

Are you using real ASIO drivers for your soundcard (and I don't mean Cubase's ASIO DirectX Full Duplex driver)? If not, please do so, or if not available try http://www.asio4all.com. That should fix the problem.

Hi, I am using an Echo Audio Layla3G with the Echo ASIO drivers running at 6ms. I'm not using the DirectX / Multimedia drivers.

That's strange, does it help if you change the buffer length a bit?

Lennard, I'm so sorry for not responding, I have been so busy that I forgot about this thread :(

I tried it with higher buffer (12ms). Sometimes it hits the red when changing preset, other times it spikes to around 50% CPU and then comes down again.

If you'd like to me test out anything more, please let me know.

No it isn't a demo restriction as far as I know. Please define "bad sound". Do you hear crackles or pops or something like that?

There must be something wrong with your setup, because soundwise Sylenth1 is (still) one of the best sounding synths out there :o

It sounds bad only when i load my preset.

Then you'd probably better load other peoples presets
