I heard about a new Amplitube 2 update version to 2.1.1 or something like that, it is true?? Supossedly the main improve or fix is a more smoothness automation...God Lord have listened our prayers!! :harp: because the zippering stepped noise coming from stomp wha wha automation is absolutly annoying and unbearable. Btw, casualness curios this new update last and happens so near of Amplitube 2 Jimi Hendrix release that feature a clean and smooth automation ...Thank you Jimi for mediate at IK for us :D

Yes, version 2.1.1 adds VST 2.4 support and provide a smoother automation response. It was released like 2 weeks ago.

You can download the updates from the IK Users Area here http://www.ikmultimedia.com/IKRegUsersArea.html

Hoping that 2.2 will bring us midi control/learn to standalone version as well as AT2JHE integration to AT2.

What does this mean. Is there a plan to implement AT2JHE into AT2? Does that mean a cheaper upgrade path or?
Intel Core i7 8700K, 16gb, Windows 10 Pro, Focusrite Scarlet 6i6

This means that you can use your AT2JHE pedals/effects/amps straight in your AT2.

Any news on this front?
I still haven't heard anything to indicate IK has any intention of actually integrating ATJH into AT2, aside from some speculation from Squids. A news update would be great right about now.

In case anyone with intelmac issues didn't know.....the update seems to have fixed the odd "stop sounding" then "feedback" thing with presets......but I've only been able to play a bit since I'm painting the master bedroom........(again, half way done and OVER IT!)............

In last update 2.1.1 beside of add compatibility with 2.4 VST host (Cubase 4, Live 6) IK did fix the stepped zip noise in wah wah automation recording, therefore in every able to be automated parameter I guess. IK describe that this way : Smoother automation response.
Curious but there is very few comments in this thread about such annoying AT2 behavior, in my case the step noise was very evident in my guitar wah recording except when masked in a dense instrumentation. This noise appear only in the recorded automation data in sequencer host and not while record at real time monitoring. For wah wah recording in AT2 I connect my expression pedal to PC and assign it to AT2 wah wah stomp (or any controllable parameter) in Cubase or Nuendo via its Generic remote controller device feature but such procedure is just a cumbersome work-around and not a great alternative to real MIDE LEARN that we all hope will be implemented in 2.2

Whuff, didn't realize this thread was still kicking around. :-D I'm gonna start a new branch so this one can enjoy a much-deserved retirement (and for the usual save-the-database-and-server reason too, I suppose). Seems a shame but there you are. BRBness...
