ReaFIR is great! As far as i can tell it's the only freeware fft noise reduction tool?
I only wish I could adjust amount of noise reduction.

You can... CTRL and left click onthe red noise profile you capture and you can drag it up or down to adjust the amount of noise reduction

Yes, I have tried Reafir today for some noise reduction, and i must say i was impressed : the quality is now way better than some months ago (and so it is in "eq" mode). THe result was very acceptable : A great tool.

No, all of the plug-ins in the ReaPlugs pack are for use in other hosts (not in REAPER, REAPER has its own special versions of these).
ReaDelay is an n-tap delay with optional temposync and filters and resolution controls...
